We process orders Monday through Friday. Once you place an order, we’ll handle it within 3–5 days, and it will be shipped the following day after processing is complete.
Shipping typically takes 10 to 15 days, so we appreciate your patience as we update your logistics information.
A portion of our products are entirely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we require 1 to 2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Deliveries are made by either your local post office or a local courier service. In most regions, orders are delivered via the local postal service, meaning your package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive the delivery, the postal service will leave a notice card with instructions on how to collect your order.
