Returns & Refund
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped or go into production. A full refund will be provided for all canceled orders. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will email you to confirm your refund approval. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived, please verify with your bank or card provider. If the problem remains unresolved, contact us at helpdesk@shoprivas.com. To get our return address, please email our support team.
